Ensure data quality, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Support baseline, midline, and endline surveys.
Use tools such as Excel, KoboToolbox, and Power BI.
Identify challenges and recommend improvements.
Support accountability and feedback mechanisms.
Coordinate with program and field teams.
Ensure compliance with donor and NGO requirements.
Document lessons learned and success stories.
Train staff on data collection and reporting tools.
Qualifications & Preferred Skills
Writing and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Advanced University/Master’s degree in international relations, social sciences, agricultural economics, statistics, food security, nutrition, Monitoring and Evaluation or closely related field
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation activities
Experience managing teams
Experience in project management
Experience working in the humanitarian / development sector, able to perform and deliver in a timely manner
Extensive experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting
Ability to work independently under minimum supervision and supervise a team
Right to live and work in Iraq, with the ability to travel within and outside the region.
