Introduction
The consultancy firm or institution will be responsible for the following key tasks: Training Modality
- In‑person: 35 days of practical lecturers over 90 days.
- Practical capstone: Each participant develops a complete M&E Plan relevant to their institution, with step‑by‑step guidance and feedback.
- Certification: Certificate issued only upon meeting completion criteria (attendance, completion of modules/quizzes and submission of M&E Plan)
Minimum Content - Foundations: Results Based Management (RBM), results chains/Theory of Change, indicator quality & disaggregation.
- Data collection & quality: tools/Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Data Quality Assessment (DQA) techniques, ethics and data protection.
- Management & analysis: cleaning, basic statistics, visualization/dashboards, decision-oriented reporting.
- Integration: evidence-to-policy use
The training institution or firm should be an accredited/recognized training institution that have offered certified M&E programmes for at least 3 years.
fluency in English is essential; proficiency in other languages is an asset, though not required.
