Job Profile:Mortgage Advisor – Elgin & InvernessPRIMIS Mortgage Network are seeking an experienced CAS status Mortgage Advisor to join an ELITE Primis Mortgage Network partner firm to join their Mortgage Advisory operation as a Mortgage and Protection advisor within a large national estate agency business in their highly successful Your Move branded estate agency branches located in Elgin and Inverness.The partner firm are the largest Mortgage and Protection partner businesses within the vast PRIMIS Mortgage Network and a business we are proud to be in partnership with.The roles are employed with basic salary of between £28,000 – £33,000 per annum DOE and experience.We are happy to discuss a combination of Home Working and Office Based working.The OTE for the role is £60,000 DOE Negotiable although over achievement will obviously result in higher earnings. We have advisors with this partner firm earning £100,000 + annuallyThe successful candidates will be a CAS status advisor looking for a more lucrative opportunity with a large partner firm.We are more than happy to consider banking advisors transitionng to broking.Car allowance is included in the base salary specifiedPRIMIS Mortgage Network – a wholly owned subsidiary of the highly respected parent business – LSL Property Services plc, the largest dedicated Mortgage and Protection Network in the UK with some 3000 advisers in the UK across some 1000 firms.The PRIMIS network of ARs offer Mortgage and Protection advisory services through numerous avenues to include Specialist Mortgage Advisory businesses, Accountancy practices, Mortgage Shops, businesses supporting High Street Estate Agency, on-line Brokers, New Build specialist organisations with affinities with major housing developers, on-line Estate Agency – the list goes on.Applications / approaches will be exclusively managed by James McNee of PRIMIS Mortgage Network / LSL’s internal recruitment function whom can be contacted on 07814 543722We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
