  • Build specification and configuration for key Maintenance and Support Systems Competency Centre applications (e.g., IMS, Syncron, IFS, Flight Pro, AIS, and AMC)
  • Facilitate end-to-end process design across applications and develop business process designs
  • Problem solve and propose pragmatic solutions for issues related to poor business processes or incorrect application design/configuration
  • Provide instructions for deploying or upgrading application changes and process upgrades, as well as offering business integration support for implementing these changes into production and non-production environments
  • Assist in managing business teams during the introduction of new capabilities, acting as a business integrator, and providing advice and governance on process compliance for Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) deployments
  • Facilitate the development of design specifications to ensure supplier understanding of business needs and the conversion of these needs into working solutions

Your skills and experiences:Essential:

  • Comprehensive knowledge of end-to-end supply chain systems
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ERPs
  • Good working knowledge of solution deployment practices

Desirable Skills:

  • Business Ops Modeling & Design, Business Requirements Elicitation, Business Process Design, COTS solution compliance evaluation, Process Integration, Functional Modelling & information design, Test & Validation process compliance, UAT (User Acceptance Testing) Support, Training design & execution, Business Process fault analysis

This involves tasks such as coordinating training, mapping, and recording pilot planning within specialized software packages like Flight Pro. Additionally, the team ensures seamless coverage over various systems, driving growth, and integrating technologies into cloud-based infrastructures tailored to meet the unique needs of each customer. As subject matter experts (SMEs), the team addresses inquiries, troubleshoots issues, and provides valuable insights to enhance software functionality and performance.
