Multi-Purpose Cash Assistance (MPCA) Facilitator – Mosul

The MPCA Facilitator is responsible for providing support to the ERD department in the target area for MPCA registration and distribution.

 

Major Responsibilities:

• Participate in community mobilization and beneficiary assessments (door by door) according to program guidelines, IRC policies, and the code of conduct.
• Lead the enumerators during the MPCA processes.
• Assist in site selection, preparation, crowd control, and cash distribution.
• Perform all duties under the instruction of the IRC-ERD Sr. Officer.
• Report any challenges or issues promptly to the IRC ERD Sr. Officer as soon as they occur.
• Utilise IRC tools and equipment (tablets) for work and return these to IRC upon assignment completion.
• Act in the best interests of IRC and perform all work duties and general conduct to the highest standards.
• Supervise the collection of price monitoring data regularly and share the information with relevant stakeholders.
• Assisted in preparing cash distribution documents according to IRC policies and procedures.
• Any other reasonable duties may be delegated to them by the supervisor.

Position technically supervised by: ERD Sr. Officer

Indirect Reporting: N/A

 

Location: Sinjar city and Mosul. (Two staff, one in Sinjar and one in Mosul).
