description of the Assignment: National Consultant – DFA, will support of the Development Finance Assessment and INFF Roadmap development for Somaliland, analyzing financing flows, policies, and institutional capacities to inform national planning and resource mobilization.
Period of assignment/services : 45 days (spread within 4 months
