National Consultant

The selected Individual Consultant is required to perform the following tasks:

1. Lead the implementation of the improvement-infectious-waste-southwest Asia project (Healthcare waste project);

·         Assist MoH in capacity building of the healthcare providers including the Local Government officials on health care waste management.

·         Organize meetings, recruit consultants for digitalization of Health waste tracking system to produce digital waste tracking system.

·         Ensure successful closure of the healthcare project by end of September 2024.

·         Lead the conduct of project terminal evaluation.

 2. Lead the coordination and monitoring of ADP project activities;

·         Finalize report on situational analysis study on medicines pricing and policy brief on Medicines price Regulation in Bhutan.

·         Maintain regular engagement with key country stakeholders, through convening regular multi-stakeholder meetings for updates on implementation, as well as to explore new opportunities for ADP interventions.

·         Represent ADP at relevant meetings and consultations, as agreed with the ADP team and partners.

·         Develop new Bhutan Health Governance Workplan in consultation with Regional UNDP office and MoH.
