Description of the Assignment:  National Consultant_ Climate Change Adaptation Specialist for Full Project Document for a GEF-8 Project ‘Building Community Resilience and Transforming Livelihoods through Systems-based Adaptation and Integrated Resource Management in Rwanda’s Southern Province’

 

Period of assignment/services :  60 working days in 15 calendar months


Objective

The Climate Adaptation Specialist and Local coordinator will be responsible for collecting and analysing project baseline data on the landscape approach under the guidance of the Team Leader, as well as support the Team Leader and other members on the preparation of all other analysis (gender, safeguard, financing, and private sector) during the ProDoc preparation.

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
