Description of the Assignment: 

Under the aegis of the United Nations, this document defines the Terms of Reference for carrying out a feasibility study focused on the design and implementation of Guinea-Bissau’s National and Modular Datacentre. This study is an integral part of the country’s digital modernisation efforts and aims to strengthen the national digital infrastructure in line with the Sustainable Development Goals.

In response to the digital challenges identified in Guinea-Bissau, including infrastructural limitations and insufficient capacity in cyber security, this datacenter aims to be a fundamental pillar in the country’s digital transformation strategy.

 

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 66 working days in 12 weeks.

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
