Description of the Assignment: 

General objective

Under the aegis of the United Nations, this document defines the Terms of Reference for carrying out an implementation strategy for a Guinea-Bissau Data Centre. The aim is to ensure that the data centre meets current and future business needs, is in line with industry best practice and supports the country’s strategic objectives.

Strategic Need

In response to the digital challenges identified in Guinea-Bissau, including infrastructural limitations and insufficient capacity in cyber security, this Data Centre aims to be a key pillar in the country’s digital transformation strategy.

 

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): 132 working days over 6 months, in Guinea-Bissau

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
