UNDP Bhutan is seeking proposal from the eligible and qualified individuals for the consulting opportunity for the National Consultancy on Enterprise Development for Reintegration of Inmates, For more details please refer to the Terms of Reference and other documents attached herewith.
The brief Objectives and Scope of the assignment is as follows:
Objectives:
● Identify a niche and establish viable business opportunities that allow inmates to hold shares or serve as employees
● Develop entrepreneurship courses and incubate enterprises owned by inmates & families.
Scope:
The scope of work includes the development of entrepreneurship initiatives within the Reintegration and Aftercare Centre, with a focus on:
Enterprise Development:
Establishing productive businesses that employ and empower inmates, with clear linkages on reintegration and aftercare pathways.
Restorative Justice and Sustainability:
Ensuring all plans adhere to the principles of restorative justice.
Capacity Building:
Developing a comprehensive curriculum for training both inmates and staff in enterprise development.
