Description of the Assignment:  The primary objective of this assignment is to engage a Specialist on Development of Concept Notes and Proposals to support UNDP Democratic Governance Portfolio in developing high-quality project concept notes and proposals for reinforcing the efforts of the UNDP Armenia Country Office to support transformative changes in Armenian governance sector and resilience to the crisis. The Specialist will play a crucial role in ensuring that project concept notes and proposals align with the UN sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), UNDP Country Programme Document (CPD) and meet the requirements of potential funding agencies.

 Period of assignment/services:  15 February 2024– 15 February 2026 (max 240 days)

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.
