National Consultant to develop an Operational Manual for the ‘Climate Change Ada

The objective of the Assignment:   

The main objective of the assignment is to develop an Operational Manual for the ‘Climate Change Adaptation Innovation Center’.  The specific objectives are:

a.      Assess the scope and opportunities of the Climate Change Adaptation Innovation Center (CCAIC).

b.      Identify the components of the Climate Change Adaptation Innovation Center (CCAIC).

c.      Identify key stakeholders of the CCAIC and develop a profile of the identified stakeholders including their roles.

d.      Identify appropriate structure for the Climate Change Adaptation Innovation Center.

e.      Identify appropriate contents for the proposed Operational Manual of the Climate Change Adaptation Innovation Center. 

f.       Develop a detail Operational Manual for the Climate Change Adaptation Innovation Center. 

Period of assignment/services:  45 working days over a period of 3 months (Mid-February 2024 – Mid-May 2024)
