National Consultant to organise training on implementation of the SendPulse CRM

Description of the Assignment: The overall objective of the assignment is to provide professional consulting services in organizing training for partner BMOs on the implementation of the SendPulse CRM & LMS system in their work with members and clients, which will become a tool for transforming the partner business association from a traditional membership organization to a digital community of entrepreneurs, where information products are the main tool for attracting new information members and clients, a center for developing professional competencies of entrepreneurs and a platform for monetization.

Duty Station: Ukraine / home-based

Period of assignment/services (if applicable): November, 2023 – May, 2024
