Functional Competencies:

  • Strong ability to present research findings to diverse audiences, including stakeholders, policymakers and UN partners
  • Ability to design, implement, and evaluate surveys and other data collection tools

Required Qualifications:

Education and Certification:

  • Minimum MA degree in human rights, international development, public administration, sociology, or other social science field.

Experience:

  • At least 7 years of demonstrated experience and knowledge on women’s rights and women’s empowerment and EU policy framework (GAP II and III) on gender equality.
  • At least 2 years of experience in conducting gender-related analyses.
  • Past cooperation and familiarity with UNCT and UN Women’s work in Serbia will be considered as an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical skills with strong drive for results and capacity to work independently.

Languages:

Fluency in English and Serbian is required. Knowledge of any other UN official language is an asset.
