Description of the Assignment:  National Coordinator for Full Project Document for a GEF-8 Project ‘Building Community Resilience and Transforming Livelihoods through Systems-based Adaptation and Integrated Resource Management in Rwanda’s Southern Province’.

Period of assignment/services: 70 working days in 10 calendar months
