Here’s where you come in:

As National Director for World Vision Philippines, you will lead, direct, develop, and manage the implementation of all aspects of World Vision’s ministry in the Philippines as an effective member of the World Vision International Global Partnership, and will ensure there is high impact, cost effective, quality ministry with the highest levels of accountability according to the relevant policies, protocols and standards of World Vision.

Your key responsibilities will include leadership, Risk Management, Christian Commitment/Calling for the Poor, Holistic Development, Organisational Development & Culture, Financial Management and Financial & Operational Audit Compliance, Resource Development, Advocacy, Disaster Management and Micro Finance Institution (MFI) Oversight.

Requirements include:

  • At least 10 years of senior leadership including experience at the Country Director or higher leadership level of a large international NGO with ministries/services similar to WV Philippines, e.g. child sponsorship, rural and urban development, microenterprise
  • Experience in the corporate world as CEO of a complex multi-national organisation or an organisation with an international focus
  • Has been a leader as defined above of a complex organisation, business or department with annual budget of USD10M and staff over 200
  • Has strong marketing, public relations, and fund-raising experience with ability to engage a wide range of stakeholders and cultures particularly in Philippine context.
  • Fluent in written and oral English
  • The position requires ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30% of the time
