Period of assignment/services:  May 2024 – September 2024 (80 working days)

Description of the Assignment: The overall objective of the consultancy is to support M4EG team in providing support and mentorship to the partner municipality teams for designing, activating and managing the learning throughout the Portfolio Approach implementation.  As the result of this consultancy, the municipality teams would have smooth learning/induction process to the option activation and efficiently progress with the developed projects implementation. The consultant will work directly with UNDP M4EG team (both in and outside the country) and the external technical providers to coordinate all the needed support to the municipal teams throughout the journey. The purpose of this assignment is to provide Portfolio activation and supervision coordination and support the selected municipalities. 

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.
