National firm/organization to develop Interim Technical Guidelines

Introduction : United Nations Development Programme in Viet Nam is looking for a national firm/organization to develop Interim Technical Guidelines for determining the biomass and carbon stocks in mangrove forests in coastal areas of Viet Nam.
