Introduction : Description: UNDP in Viet Nam is seeking a national firm with expertise in public administration to enhance the Digital Public Services Quality Assessment Index and its interaction mechanism with users. This includes coordinating research and compiling reports on the data from the Digital Public Services Quality Assessment Index. The findings of these reports will include the suggestion for a data analysis system that supports effective management of public service delivery at all administration levels. Furthermore, a mechanism will be suggested to make it easier for users to provide feedback on administrative procedures.
