1. TomanagetheProjectoperationensuringthatthedesiredservicesareprovidedandoutlinedactivitiesarecarriedoutasplanned
2. Organizethedaily projectschedulesandensurepunctualityofthestaff
3. EnsuretheOperationalPlanbeingexecutivestrictly
4. Intheabsenceoftheregularstaffcoordinateforsubstitutestafftoruntheservicessmoothly
5. Toensure thePatientreferralsandfollow-ups
6. Toensure homevisitsforthe Bedriddenandcriticalillpatients
7. Toguidevolunteer(s)inassistingtheactivitiesandmotivatethemtosupportthecommunityatthesite
8. Maintaindataandreporting-MonthlyMISoftheProject activitiesasperschedule
9. TobereactivetosituationsatcommunitysitesandshouldhaveclearlyknownEmergencyProtocols incaseof anynaturalcalamityorAccidents
