National Sales ManagerMust have experience of automation, PLC / SCADA & Industrial Ethernet in modern control networksLeadership role ; manage a team of 10 automation field sales engineers / experts in Smart Industrial ConnectivityPackage TBC but 10% pension. Car allowance is £10,956. Dealing with manufacturing, engineering, industrial, automation, rail, process industries, automotive, aerospace and technical sectors (often selling via distribution partners)You will manage a team of field sales engineers / business development managers. As Automation National Sales Manager your main focus is on team leadership but you will also manage some key strategic accounts. This is a leadership role.
