Native Landscape Sales

Bluestem Ecological Services is looking for a candidate with sales experience and/or field experience in natural resource management to grow our team. This candidate would be working with land/property managers to offer restoration, stewardship, and prescribed burning needs within native plant communities.

THE JOB: Drive new client sales to increase sales volume. Support project execution & client satisfaction.

• Work sales pipeline from lead generation, client meeting, site assessment & proposal generation.
• Represent Bluestem at marketing & networking opportunities. Evening or weekend work no more than once/month.
• Prepare proposals
• Assist in the management of sold jobs by bridging communication with clients, project manager & crew leaders through completion.
• Provide customer service & develop relationships with clients.

BENEFITS/WAGES:

• Up to $55,000 base salary.
• Additional 10-50% in Commission/Incentives.
• Mileage paid for job travel. Company vehicle after 6 months.
• 8 PTO days year one w/ annual increases.
