Description of the Assignment: National Consultant to support for preparation of a high level launching ceremony for the National Coastal Master Plan and enhancing the capacity building

United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Viet Nam is looking for 01 National Consultant to provide technical support to preparation of a high level launching ceremony for the National Coastal Master Plan, production of a draft script and video on overview of the Vietnamese sea, analysis on the current state of resource exploitation and utilization in the coastal zone, and highlighted the important role of the 2 National Plans for sustainable resources management in shaping the future of Vietnam’s coastal, marine and islands development, and strengthening capacity building.

 

Proposal should be submitted directly in the portal no later than indicated deadline.

Any request for clarification must be sent in writing via messaging functionality in the portal. UNDP will respond in writing including an explanation of the query without identifying the source of inquiry.

Please indicate whether you intend to submit a bid by creating a draft response without submitting directly in the system. This will enable the system to send notifications in case of amendments of the tender requirements. UNDP shall effect payments to the consultant by bank transfer upon acceptance by UNDP of the deliverables specified the TOR. If two currencies exist, UNDP exchange rate will be applied at the day UNDP instructs the bank to effect the payment.
