We are seeking qualified and passionate Support Coordinator. You will play a pivotal role in supporting people with disabilities to improve their quality of life by assisting them to understand and implement their NDIS package. This includes establishing positive relationships with a broad range of service users and stakeholders, developing and implementing support plans, and coordinating with a wide range of services.

Our Offer

  • Permanent full-time position
  • Salary of $82,326.30 p.a. plus 11% Superannuation
  • Salary packaging (up to $15,899 per year) plus meal and entertainment cards

Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Mental Health, Community Services, or similar
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Experience providing outreach, case management, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and build and maintain sound relationships with individuals, carers and families
  • Demonstrated ability to be able to manage multiple competing priorities, have excellent time management skills and in a fast-paced environment.
