About the Role
As an NDIS Support Worker, you will:
- Deliver engaging centre-based/group activities and individual supports.
- Work collaboratively with a passionate team under the guidance of NDIS Centre Specialist
- Help individuals achieve their personal goals and improve their quality of life.

Your skills and experience

- Certificate IV in a relevant discipline (e.g. mental health, peer work, disability) or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of the NDIS and the NSW mental health system and local services, or willingness and ability to learn.
- Ability to use the recovery- based approach to assist people with severe and persistent mental illness.
- Demonstrated values consistent with person-centred ways of working and supporting the person’s choice and control.
- Willingness to commit to ongoing learning and education.
- Ability to communicate effectively in all interactions with all stakeholders.
- Ability to exercise personal responsibility and work as part of a team.
- Demonstrated computer literacy to use Microsoft programs and the capability to learn other applications.
