The next few years will be an incredibly exciting time to join the business!Role Overview:You will be working with our complex, out-sourced logistics network, managing 3rd party logistics partners and stock movement through the warehouses across the UK. You will be providing support in the logistical aspects of internal projects, leading meetings and implementing new processes.You will be organised, detail-focussed and able to manage daily administrative duties as well as complex data analysis and stock reconciliations. You will have strong experience with 3rd party logistics and are able to deliver messages across all stakeholders, from warehouses to senior management.The Fever-Tree supply chain is fast-paced and every day has a new challenge. This role would suit someone who is as comfortable working alongside senior colleagues as well as the depths of a warehouse.Key Responsibilities:

  • Management of our UK based 3rd party logistcs warehouses
  • Stock reconciliation between FT ERP and 3pl WMS systems
  • BBE shelf-life analysis and reporting
  • Working with hauliers and freight forwarders to constantly drive down cost and improve control and efficiency
  • Maintain overview of Supply Chain projects, providing logistics expertise and support across departments
  • Maintain overview of forecasts and proactively advise of potential risks or stock issues
  • Support Customer Logistics team to achieve excellent customer service
  • Proactively managing Supply Chain issues, trending failures and implementing preventative actions
  • Driving efficiencies: continuously looking for ways to improve processes and ways of working, both internally and externally with 3pl’s

Skills required:

  • Experienced working with 3pl’s
  • Have minimum 2 years in similar Supply Chain/Logistics role
  • Have strong Excel skills and ability to analyse information
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate clearly with peers or Directors as needed
  • Detail oriented and meticulous
  • Able to prioritise workload and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
  • Driven, ambitious and self-motivated
  • Educated to Degree level
