You will be responsible for a range of legal matters. The main focus of your role would be advising on company restructures, corporate governance, data protection, re-finance, mergers and acquisitions. Along with generalist commercial work that will include drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, IP agreements and software agreements.Due to the typical nature of in-house roles being more commercially focussed, this really is a rare opportunity that is seldom on the market.
