New York State Regional Food Hub Building Manager (Full-time):
Position Summary
We are seeking a Building Manager to manage the New York State Regional Food Hub (NYSRFH), a state-of-the-art produce distribution warehouse in the Hunts Point section of the Bronx. The NSRFH houses both GrowNYC’s Food Hub and several tenants. The Building Manager will be responsible for the safe and professional operation, maintenance and supervision of the facility.

Physical Requirements
Exhibit physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and walk continuously up and down steps to conduct continuous inspection of the facility.
Schedule
This position is full-time, 35-40 hours per week with an 8AM start time,(subject to change in the case of incidents, emergencies, etc). Flexibility is required and the ability to be “on-call” on weekends and evenings as needed.
Compensation
The position is exempt full-time and salaried. It pays $85K-$90K per year and includes full benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, long-term disability, incentive savings plan, paid time off, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, and potential for parental leave for full-time regular employees who have been employed with GrowNYC for 175 days and FSA programs). This position is not union eligible/a part of the bargaining unit.
Location
GrowNYC’s Hub is located in the Hunts Point neighborhood in the Bronx. Onsite presence is required daily.
