Lewes prison is based near the centre of the historical town of Lewes, which is just a 5 minute walk away. Hours 37.5 hours a week working Monday – Sunday 7pm-07.30am. The working pattern is, 3 shifts x 11.5 per week for three weeks and 4 shifts x 11.5 every fourth week.
