• Conduct comprehensive assessments of elderly patients’ physical and mental health
• Develop and execute personalized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Administer medications and treatments, following established care protocols
• Monitor and document changes in patients’ conditions, reporting any concerns to the healthcare provider
• Offer emotional support and reassurance to elderly patients and their families
• Maintain a safe and hygienic environment, adhering to quality standards and regulations
• Participate in continuous education and training to enhance nursing skills and knowledge in elderly care

Requirements

• Active NMC registration is mandatory
• Experience in elderly care or geriatric nursing is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathetic and patient-centered approach to care
• Ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team
• Willingness to relocate if necessary
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and improving elderly care practices
• Basic computer skills for documentation and record-keeping
