Cooperative Extension is the doorway to UMaine expertise. The University of Maine 4-H Camp and Learning Center at Bryant Pond is located in the Western Maine mountains on Lake Christopher. This center provides year-round experiential education programming, both on and off-site, to a wide range of diverse audiences. Programs offered include summer camp, day and overnight school programs, expeditionary learning opportunities, community-based youth mentoring, The Telstar Freshman Academy (a partnership with SAD 44), afterschool programs, and adult education.
