Norwegian People’s Aid (NPA) invites interested companies and individuals to submit bids for the purchase of various used office furniture, IT equipment, and appliances.

Buyer Responsibilities

• Item Collection Location: Norwegian People’s Aid – Erbil Office; Address: 4 Towers, Building C, Floor 4, Ainkawa, Erbil
• Collection Deadline: Within 48 hours from the date of payment.
• Offer Validity: Offers must remain valid for 30 days.

Submission Requirements

• Print out, fill, sign and stamp this document with the total price in IQD.
• Copy of the ID of the buyer or representative.
• Company registration certificate.

Specific Conditions

• The award will be made to the highest bidder.
• Starting/Minimum accepted bid for all the items: 2,000,000 IQD.
• Payment method: Cash or bank cheque preferred.
• Item collection must be completed within 48 hours after payment.
• Priority will be given to offers covering all listed items. Partial bids may be considered but will not be prioritized.

Submission Instructions

• A physical submission should submit in a sealed envelope to: NPA Erbil Office – 4 Towers, Building C, Floor 4, Ainkawa.

• Late, or under-bid offers will be disqualified.

• Deadline for bid submission: 05 August 2025 at 4:00 PM (local time – Iraq).
• Item viewing date: 28 and 29 July 2025, from 09:30 AM to 11:00 AM.
