Buyer Responsibilities
Item Collection Location: Norwegian People’s Aid – Erbil Office; Address: 4 Towers, Building C, Floor 4, Ainkawa, Erbil
Collection Deadline: Within 48 hours from the date of payment.
Offer Validity: Offers must remain valid for 30 days.
Submission Requirements
Print out, fill, sign and stamp this document with the total price in IQD.
Copy of the ID of the buyer or representative.
Company registration certificate.
Specific Conditions
The award will be made to the highest bidder.
Starting/Minimum accepted bid for all the items: 2,000,000 IQD.
Payment method: Cash or bank cheque preferred.
Item collection must be completed within 48 hours after payment.
Priority will be given to offers covering all listed items. Partial bids may be considered but will not be prioritized.
