Full Time, PermanentAre you an NQ Solicitor with a passion for planning and environmental law? Do you want to be part of a dynamic team advising on high-profile renewable energy and infrastructure projects across Scotland? If so, we’d love to hear from you.A leading UK law firm is looking to grow its Planning team with the addition of an enthusiastic and commercially aware NQ Solicitor based in Glasgow. You’ll join a highly regarded team working at the forefront of some of the most exciting onshore wind, infrastructure, housing, and transport developments in the country.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working closely with senior colleagues on a range of planning and environmental matters
• Advising on complex and high-value cases, including appeals and consents under s.36
• Attending site visits, client meetings, planning inquiries, and industry events
• Building direct client relationships from day one with major sector players
• Getting involved in the wider planning and environmental portfolio, including housing, retail, and transport
• Supporting business development activities including pitches, tenders, articles, and seminars

What We’re Looking For:

• An NQ Solicitor (or qualifying this year), ideally with seats in planning and/or litigation
• A genuine interest in planning, environmental, and renewable energy law
• Strong communication skills and an ability to explain complex issues clearly and simply
• A proactive approach and willingness to support senior colleagues and team goals
• Commercial awareness and enthusiasm for developing client relationships and the team’s market presence
