What we are looking for

NRC is looking for an Education Specialist to join the Myanmar mission. The role holder will be responsible for the technical development of the Education Core Competency, strategic direction, and quality assurance. He/she will be accountable for mentoring, training, and building the technical capacity of education staff.

The role also entails leading in education-related coordination mechanisms, contributing to advocacy efforts, and supporting programme design and proposal development for fundraising.

• Education strategy, technical guidance, and macro logical framework approach developments.

What you will bring

• Education expertise and experience in a humanitarian/recovery context.
• Market analysis, cash-based interventions, and market-based programmes proficiency.

What we offer

• Yangon, Myanmar duty station.
