NRC is looking for a Logistics Manager to join the Bangladesh mission The role holder will be responsible for the integrated and efficient delivery of Logistics and Information & Communication Technology services; ensuring optimal service delivery; day-to-day planning; managing staff; coordinating activities; compliance with NRC policies, donor rules, and internal controls; and ensuring alignment with global priorities and direction.
If you are an action-oriented, execution-driven, and hands-on executive, with a background in developing and integrating distinctive strategies; an ability to deliver results under pressure, and a track record in fostering a collaborative environment and building effective teams, then this is the role for you!

What you will do
Line management of staff (performance management, workforce planning, recruitment, induction, development, duty of care, capacity building, etc.).
Country Management Group contribution, providing support and information, and influencing decisions.
Logistics and ICT functions’ strategic objectives development and facilitation.
Operational Logistics/ICT support, coordination and alignment with programme plans. Ensuring quality and timely support for project implementation.
Budget development and monitoring, ensuring regular financial analysis (including assessments, cost monitoring, and resource allocation).
Strategic development of country structures to ensure alignment against global guidelines and standards.
Logistics and ICT standard operating procedures, guidelines, and tools development, adaptation, and implementation.
