Master’s degree in Human Resource or Labor law, or relevant field, equivalent education, or relevant professional experience.
Minimum eight years’ experience in employee relations.
Demonstrated knowledge of current human resources ‘best practices’, employment law, and policy and procedure interpretation.
Excellent communication skills (both written and oral) evidenced by experience in preparing reports and other business communications.
Ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships that fosters trust.
Sound judgement, high integrity, problem-solving/analytical skills and the ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential information while managing conflicting priorities.
Proven ability to work across functional areas and levels in order to build collaboration and consensus.

POST DETAILS

Basic monthly salary: EUR 10 872.71, tax free.

NSPA staff members of the same grade can submit a transfer request till 14 September 2025.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.
