Performing or providing support for workload analysis and forecasting developing justifications and consolidating funding requirements for training, Travel on Duty (TDY), services and other direct costs to the Agency administrative budget and monitoring the use of approved credits.
Ensuring that financial documents pertaining to the development and execution of administrative budgets are maintained and filed appropriately.
Performing tasks and investigations as directed by the PM
Calling meetings of the PM’s Office, chairing these in the absence of PM and taking follow-up actions as required.
Managing assigned resources within the PO in order to ensure compliance with the NSPA Internal Control Framework to include monitoring the effectiveness and efficiency of internal controls related to all functions under the incumbent’s responsibility.
Managing assigned resources within the PO in order to ensure the implementation of the risk management process and managing the risks raised in their area of responsibility in compliance with NSPA prescriptive documents on Risk Management.
Coordinating a safe working environment for all staff in their functional area by managing assigned resources in OH&S roles in accordance with NSPA prescriptive documents, while taking necessary steps to raise awareness, maintaining the information flow with the OH&S officer and monitoring OH&S performance standards and instructions as required.
Broad experience in executive staff position(s) acquired within a national or international organisation

POST DETAILS

Basic monthly salary:EUR 9 365.21, tax free.
This post is deployable. The incumbent of this post may be required to deploy or may be assigned to a remote location, to perform duties (inside or outside a theatre/deployment location) in support of Council approved operations/missions or in support of national or multinational operations/missions authorised by the Agency Supervisory Board of NSPO.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Qualified redundant NATO civilian candidates of the same grade will be considered in priority.

Interviews are expected to be held approximately six weeks after the application closing date. The Talent Acquisition and Development Office shall let you know in due course the outcome of the screening process.

Moreover, due to the broad interest in NSPA and the large number of potential candidates, telephone or email enquiries cannot be dealt with.
