Salary: Competitive, based on experienceWe are urgently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Nursery Deputy Manager to support the launch and day-to-day running of a brand-new nursery in Northolt.This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key leadership role in an exciting new early years setting. You’ll work closely with the Nursery Manager to help shape a nurturing, high-quality environment from the ground up.What We’re Looking For:✅ Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework – essential
✅ Prior experience in a nursery or school leadership/support role – desirable
✅ Confident supporting staff, engaging with families, and delivering high standards of care and learning
✅ A team player with a calm, proactive, and hands-on approach
