More about the role:
The Nursing Program Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day running of the McGrath Breast Care Nurse (MBCN) program, building strong engagement and relationships with a portfolio of MBCNs. Key responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Build strong engagement and relationships with a portfolio of MBCNs
- Work closely with Clinical Leaders and line managers to ensure MBCNs are highly supported and any issues, conflicts or complaints are managed effectively
- Embed McGrath Model of Care for new MBCNs / new positions
- Coordinate inductions, catch-ups, contract renewals and attendance at conferences for MBCNs, collaborate with wider Foundation teams to facilitate the gathering of nurse stories and media opportunities
- Ensure accuracy of nursing management records in Salesforce and assist with processing / analysing Nurse Portal information
Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an interpersonal and organised individual with a mix of the following experience and skills:
- Experience in a health-related field
- Strong understanding of operating environment: breast cancer environment, nursing, health services and structures
- Demonstrated stakeholder management and time management skills
- Experience managing budgets, project expenditure and delivering organisational outcomes
