Job title: Occupational Health AdvisorLocation: Kitt Green, on site full timeSalary: up to £48,000 per annum (+ 20% annual bonus)Role SummaryThe Occupational Health Advisor (OHA) is a people focused collaborator who is supportive of an inclusive environment, and plays a crucial role in leading the on-site Occupational Health service. The aim of the specialty is to support the prevention of work-related illness and injury by providing proactive robust clinical advice and recommendations to the company.Reporting into the Health & Safety Manager, this role will deliver a full remit of Occupational Health support, completing clinical records in compliance with medical confidentiality guidelines and Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC) expectations. The OHA will handle their own diary and case load and work autonomously as a specialist in the field of Occupational Health.Key Responsibilities
