Occupational Health Advisor, Heathrow, Full time, Up to £45K.

We are working with an OH Provider to source an Occupational Health Advisor for a full-time role at Heathrow Airport, working 4 days a week at Heathrow and 1 day a week from home. This role is mainly case management, and you’d be working within a small team which includes an OH Physician, Physio’s, Technicians and Nurses. The service delivers case management, driver medicals, safety critical medicals and drug and alcohol testing.

Duties & Key Responsibilities:

• To provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work and other requests for OH advice.
• Provide professional, comprehensive and evidence based written reports.
• Provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH.
• To provide clinical supervision and support other team members, where less experienced.
• Case Management and provision of OH advice.

Essential Skills:

• NMC registration.
• Case Management experience within Occupational Health, including phone-based assessments and written reports.
• Good IT skills.

Salary up to £45,000 per annum plus benefits.

This role is working full time, Monday to Friday. There is excellent public transport to the site and also a staff carpark that you’d have access to.
