Job Location: London, UK.
Job Schedule: Starting June 2024.
Job Type: Full Time, Weekday, Day Shift. Fully remote (No nights, weekends or holiday shifts!).
Pay Range: 50-65k GBP based on experience.
(more depending on experience) plus annual bonus, plus pension and other fantastic benefits.Role Description:VitalCheck Wellness is looking for an experienced Occupational Health Advisor to work at one of the world’s largest financial services firms as an Occupational Health Case Manager, on a full-time basis. You will be a Registered Adult Nurse, as well as being OH qualified.Duties:

• You will have extensive experience in case management – including dealing with case management remotely.
• You will provide expert, evidence-based case management services for referrals relating to attendance, fitness for work, and other requests for OH advice, and provide professional, comprehensive, and evidence-based written reports.
• You will also provide expert advice in respect of legislative requirements and best practice relating to OH and work with VitalCheck’s technology team to develop templates for documenting Occupational Health services.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced RGN.
• Part 3 of the NMC Register in Occupational Health.
• Previous experience working as an Occupational Health Advisor/Occupational Health Nurse/Occupational Health Case Manager.
• Extensive experience in case management.
• Experience in delivering occupational health services and health assessments.
• Assessments in connection with injury on duty evaluations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of UK health and safety legislation / regulations.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and currently qualified to practice in the United Kingdom.
• 3+ years of Corporate or NHS Occupational Health experience is a plus.
