Job Description
Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children with developmental delay or disability EACH is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Childhood Intervention Team. If you are a Grade One or Two Occupational Therapist, we would welcome your application to join our supportive multidisciplinary team! If you are on the lookout for a role with a Paediatric focus, where every day is different, we would love to hear from you.
As the successful Occupational Therapist, you will provide assessment and intervention for our NDIS clients with a range of disabilities including autism and intellectual disability (aged 0-9) and build the capacity of families to support their child’s development. Utilising evidence-based practice and a multidisciplinary model, you will deliver therapy services in various settings such as the family home, childcare, kindergarten, and school, with the ability to also incorporate telehealth services.

Qualifications
In addition to a self-directed passion and drive to support children within the community, you will:
- Hold a tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA
- Thrive in environments that allow you to form positive relationships with children/young people with developmental differences and their families
- Demonstrate knowledge of current discipline specific assessment and treatment/intervention techniques that support child development
- Hold a current state-based driver’s licence
