(AFM) as a Part -Time Office Administrator responsible for providing crucial administrative support to our forestry personnel in a client-focused forest management business. Reporting directly to the district manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency.

AFM’s team of professionals is focused on meeting client needs by providing a complete range of forestry services including land and wildlife management, land sale and acquisition services, forest inventory and design, growth and yield modeling, cash flow projections, environmental services, appraisal, forest resource data management and harvest scheduling.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist with expense reports.
- Code and send client invoices as needed.
- Follow up with select clients regarding payment.
- Coordinate/schedule meetings, trainings, team events, etc.
- Field Equip/ Office supply orders.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Assistant with Regional Accounts Receivable Reports
- Code and deposit checks.
- Coordinate file storage and file shredding service.
- Supervises the maintenance of office equipment, including copier, postage machine, etc.
- Greet and assist visitors and conduct to appropriate area or person.
- Coordinates overall administrative activities for the office
- Fulfill other assignments from the District Manager
- Assisting the Director of Western Operations as needed
Qualifications
- Preferred Education: Associates Degree.
- Office experience involving varies computer software and evidence of effectively managing detailed data tasks.
- Adaptability to learn and proficiently use forest accounting systems.
- Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Familiarity with office procedures and equipment.
- Commitment to maintaining strict confidentiality with both customer and internal information
- Ability to foster strong team relationships with managers, colleagues, clients, vendors and customers.
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Strong ability to prioritize workload effectively.
- Soft Skills: communication, organizational skills, time management, attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, tech savviness, collaboration and professionalism.

Salary and Benefits
- Hourly salary: $26-$30 an hour
- Office hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 2pm
- 401(K) retirement plan
- Eligible for annual bonus plan
