ROLE PURPOSE:
To ensure that all country office space including meeting rooms, toilets, kitchen, reception and hallway is kept in a clean and orderly condition
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
Reception and Office Administration
Clean Office areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc.) Support the Facilities Manager to ensure that all areas of the office are tidy, functioning and professional at all times Carry out any other duties either in addition to or instead of those outlined above which may reasonably be required. Aware of the SG policy of SCI inside and outside the office and report any violations. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs. Cooperate with the rest of the staff. Follow all health and safety regulations. Follow the SCI CoC terms inside the office with the staff. Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities. Ability of reading and writing, specifically Kurdish and Arabic.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Commitment to team-working and a willingness to join in with colleagues to manage the pressures and priorities of the day. Six months experience of cleaning in an office environment, including the use of chemicals and using cleaning machineries safely. Previous experience in as an office cleaner. Aware of humanitarian operation context. Trustworthy in all aspects of the role. Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and supplies. Ability to follow instructions and cleaning schedules.
