| Job Summary | The College of Education seeks a Dean’s Assistant. The Dean’s Assistant position provides support in a variety of duties that enhance the mission of the college. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: organizing and facilitating meetings and special events, scheduling, purchasing, pro-card reconciliations, faculty database management, project management, supervision, facilitates communication between the office of the Dean and campus constituents. This position is an on-campus position and is located in Dickey Hall. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service, problem solving, organizational and strong communication skills. Required skills include experience with Microsoft Office, data entry, and financial management. |
