Office Support and Accounts Payable Assistant

Position Highlights

Greet visitors and support a welcoming, responsive office environment.
Process vendor invoices, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks.
Assist with meeting preparation, minute-taking, and records retention in accordance with public agency standards.
Manage mail, office supplies, and travel logistics.
Support District programs, events, and staff with administrative tasks.
