You will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, thus contributing significantly to our professional image. Your organizational skills will be put to the test as you maintain filing systems, manage schedules, and handle correspondence. Proficiency in office software applications and a strong attention to detail will be essential in tackling various administrative duties. In addition to your operational responsibilities, you will assist in coordination of meetings and events, ensuring all logistical details are handled meticulously. Responsibilities

  • Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries
  • Managing and organizing office files and documents
  • Scheduling and coordinating appointments and meetings
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Assisting in preparing reports and presentations
  • Greeting visitors and managing reception area
  • Handling mail and package deliveries
  • Performing data entry and maintaining databases

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate with discretion
